How Much Can Your Group Raise?  

Every group is different. Typically, it takes 2 weeks as an average for each participant to sell 15-20 candles, with many sellers selling more then that, up to 50!  Use our profit calculator below to see how much your group would make if everyone simply made a commitment to sell just 15 candles each!

(These estimates are based on sales of 8 ounce candles at the MSRP of $10.99 per candle.  Profit from the sale of other candle sizes will vary based on the MSRP.  Please call for wholesale pricing.  We negotiate the price based on sales volume (projected) .  Wholesale pricing subject to change without notice.  Contracted prices will be honored.  Shipping or delivery costs are not included and must be paid by the purchaser.  Shipper of choice is UPS.  Shipping insurance is recommended.   Purchaser is responsible for any sales taxes, if applicable.

Save a Life Candles® and Soap are sold to support a worthy non-profit cause.  We offer a unique way to enjoy the warmth and comfort of candle light.  The natural soy is contained in an attractive, collectible apothecary or metro jar with prints of original artwork and photography laser printed on the label.  They will embellish a mantle or give a beautiful scene or picture to gaze at while bathing.

 

What type of groups can benefit from fundraising with  Save a Life Candles® and Soap?  Candle fundraisers are perfect for Cancer Research fundraising, AIDS awareness groups, animal rescue organizations, Church Groups, 4-H Clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cheerleading Squads, Gymnastic Teams, Youth Sports Teams, Competitive Dance Teams, Pre-Schools, Day Care Centers, School and Marching Bands, Booster Clubs, Drill Teams and many other clubs, schools, community groups and organizations.  We serve all groups in the 48 mainland states.  Your return on investment is greater than selling candy, T-shirts, curios, and other non-essential items.  Candles are in everyone’s household.   

Save a Life Candles® and Soap are presented in a collectable frosted apothecary or metro jar with original artwork and photography for the laser printed label.  The fragrances are outstanding and last to the bottom of the jar.  The 12 oz. candle will burn 60-70 hours and the 8 oz. candle will burn for 40 hours (average burn time under optimal burn conditions - burn times will vary).  When the candle is finished wash it with soap and water and reuse the jar for years to come.

 

They are easy to order.  They are easy to sell.  Marketing materials are available at an additional cost for distribution through your volunteers with your organization, club or group name on them.  Either sell the candles to individuals through door-to-door drives or sell them at fundraising events.  

 

Fundraisers have never been so simple!

 

You will receive a full color brochure with your group or organization name on it for each of your participants.  Set a GOAL to get the most from your group's fundraising efforts and hand out the brochures.  We suggest your candle fundraiser participants take orders for approximately 2 weeks.  Your supporters are asked to pay at the time they place their orders and if they would like to pay via check, it would be made payable to your organization (you get your money immediately, which avoids any over ordering or nonpayment from the consumer).  At the end of the fundraiser, the participants turn in all monies and brochures to the designated person.

 

Once the candle fundraiser ends, the orders will be tallied using the master order sheet that will be provided.  The master order sheet will then be mailed to us along with a certified check or moneyorder.  Remember YOU KEEP YOUR PROFIT INSTANTLY!  Visa, MasterCard & Discover and PayPal payments are also accepted with a 1.5% surcharge.

 

When the master order sheet and payment are received (and your check clears) your candle fundraiser order will be delivered within approximately 3-4 weeks (manufacturing time will vary depending on the number of in-house orders and the availability of materials). 

Product distribution is the responsibility of the customer. 

We warranty our product for defects in workmanship and materials. 

Customer assumes liability for injury that may occur when handling our products and holds harmless Save a Life Candles® and Soap a subsidiary wholly owned and operated by Happy PAWS Haven, Inc. for any liability that might occur from breakage or irresponsible combustion of our candle products. Please the warning label located on the bottom of the candle jar for proper handling instructions.
