ORDER PROCESSING, PAYMENT TERMS, SHIPMENT TERMS, WARRANTY and LIABILITY

1. Most orders are processed the date the order is received and shipped within 3 business days.  Save a Life Candles® and Soap are hand made and we strive to fill orders in the order they are received in a timely fashion.

2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Prepayment is required before manufacture on all orders.  If payment is made by personal check, please allow 10 business days for the check to clear the bank before we process the order.  Manufacture of your order will proceed in a timely fashion if payment is made by money order, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.  Delivery on a local basis is free within 40 miles of Arab, Alabama on orders of 4 or more candles.  (Our shipping rates will probably increase over time as the Post Office and UPS increase their rates).

4. Please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacture and delivery of orders that are large quantities (20 or more candles).  Fundraiser orders of quantities greater than 100 candles will take approximately 4 weeks to complete the manufacture and shipment.

5. All sales are final.

6. Please inspect all cases upon delivery and report any breakage immediately before distribution.

7. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless Save a Life Candles® and Soap, its assignees or Parent Corporation, from any litigation arising from defect in manufacture or injury or fire caused by anyone at any time after receipt of the goods.
